There are some rules however:

-Sorry, but I'd prefer not to draw OCs with existing characters, because...Mm... Let's just say Rping does things to you XD

-No hentai or extreme yaoi/yuri. Hugging is fine

-try limiting the ammount of characters you want in a picture when you request, I can only draw so much ^^;
Max is 4 characters in a picture

-A picture doesn't come with a background unless the person requests it to be so


Ja, and you can request whatever characters you want, even if I'm not familiar with a certain series, That's what Google is for kekeke...
