Hello there, and welcome to my page! My name is Avi (on the web, anyways) and it's very nice to meet you. Here on FAC, I generally draw Xiaolin Showdown fanart, though that's not all I draw (original works and other artwork can be found at http://avi17.deviantart.com). I'm always interested in meeting new people, so if you'd like to talk, feel free to drop me a line! ^^

At the moment, I'm holding a contest here and on DA, and I do hope that anyone who reads or is interested in my fanfiction project will enter. ^^

Contest: Draw fanart for avi17's Xiaolin Showdown fanfic, The Beginning of the End ( http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3137777/1/ ) The basic premise behind it is how 1500 years ago, Grand Master Dashi, Chase Young, Wuya, and Master Monk Guan were the first four Xiaolin Dragons, and the story of their lives as they grew up, grew closer, and were eventually swayed to the dark side. It's a really big project for me, so I do hope anyone will give it a read if it sounds interesting. ^^

Rules/guidelines:
- Picture can be of a scene from the story so far, or just of character(s) or pairing(s), so long as it's related (particularly with pairings, try to keep to the ones that are actually in the fic XD)
-Basic references of the characters' designs in the story can be found here- http://www.fanart-central.net/pictures.php?pid=549630 I'm hoping it'll help anyone of they need it, though you certainly don't have to be exact.
-Each person can enter as many times as they want (I'll be surprised if anyone's got multiple entries, but if they do, more power to them. XD)
-In case anyone wants to know, I won't be judging, that'd be unfair. We'll either vote or I'll find a couple of impartial judges, so don't worry about that.
-When you've finished your entry, just note me with a link, of you please. ^^

Prizes: (wil be drawn by me, obviously XD)
-First place: A fully-colored request and an ink-lineart request
-Second place: An ink-lineart request and a pencil sketch request
-Third place: An ink-lineart request

Deadline:
-MARCH 1st, 2007
-However, this deadline is only a sort of outline- when we're getting near that time, if anyone needs/wants more time, I'll extend it as much as is necessary for them (though I hope nobody abuses that...)
