it's a different color, depending on which layout/skin you're using. the new one, or the old one.

lol courtney, what are you thinking?! i'm not doing it for me, because i could care less. but other people. most other people are still using the old skin, so they'd see a patch of some weird blue color, while people using the new skin wouldn't see anything.
