On November 9th, 1888, Mary Jane Kelly was found dead in her room on 13 Miller's Court. Her stomach had been torn up and the viscera removed. Various other body parts were also missing, and her head was supported on nothing but the bone. Police were disgusted.
As the police sifted through the crime scene for clues of the killer who had them baffled for months, said killer was sprinting in the slums of the east end of London. He was happy, happy for he was creating something even more vile than the dead woman left in a puddle of blood on the bed. That woman, Mary Jane, was the last piece that he needed. He had taken part of her soul, her very essence, put it in a mason jar and was taking it home for his creation.
He came upon the last house, a ramshackle old building with boards covering up the broken windows and black paint spattered on it helter skelter. The inside was in as much disrepair as the outside with a single disheveled bed in one corner and boxes and boxes of bones and jars of formeldehyde in unorganized piles. It was obvious the man didn't spend much time here.
But in the middle sat two dolls. Both were white, both had corset piercings laced with blue ribbon down their arms. Their soulless eyes were black with white pupils and their boots were lined with bolts. Bandages were wrapped around their arms from elbow to finger. The man gave an excited noise then set the glass jar down.
He opened it. And that's when it went black for Jack the Ripper.
---
Both dolls awoke together. They stretched and looked at the collapsed man on the floor. He wasn't breathing, but that was ok. Half Jack stood up, gave a grin to each other and left the house to continue his work with many aliases, including the Axeman of New Orleans, the influence of Ed Gein, the inspiration of Jeffery Dahmer and other such horrors that would shock the world.
