The way she looks like a dog is the ears and the nose. And yeah, Black is important because she is the moon goddess. Unless like being abused made her fur change color.

Your other pics of Bastet that I looked at were very good. Very accurate I mean. Your style is very nice. It's just I'm an Egypt nut, have been for ages. Yeah, I might have been a bit too critical about accuracy, because other then the stuff I pointed out it's a good pic. I wish I could do animals that well. The best I can do is pikachu....
