Do you have a picture of your OC character standing straight up with the same outfit on? Or at least a picture of the outfit itself? I see most of the picture, but it's a bit hard trying to make out the middle part of her outfit. Even if you describe it, I can still misunderstand and draw it incorrectly.

You got my hairstlye almost exactly right except maybe for a few more bangs. The thing around my neck is my saphire pendant I always wear. For the outfit just color it the way it is in the first link I gave you, only alter it a bit though. Could you make Sasuke wearing his black one?
Also could you make me smile a bit more and both of us blushing? It would look really cute that way.

Can you do a picture of the girls from Marc Brown's Arthur - Francine, Muffy, Sue Ellen, Prunella, Fern, and D.W. - chibi style? Use www.pbskidsgo.org/arthur for character reference.

I could draw one, as groups tend to be rather hard; I also can't do the chibi style very well. If I drew any of them, they'd look the size that they actually are.

You're welcome, but that's the only one I plan on doing. I mentioned above in my very first post to you that I could only draw one. I thought about it and was nice enough to draw 3. I only do one picture per person, or I'll have the same people asking for several at a time.
