i samantha (call me sammy) am so happy and i know so mutch about sonic an info about his friends and foes like.... dr. i robotnik his name is Dr. Ivo robotnik but for some reason i dipped my head into lake sonic and took my head out lake poke'mon (comparing them like lakes.)And i'll take any request as long as they are easy lie drawing chaos andonly if there sonic request.

Sorry about that...I know almost nothing about Anime so I googled his name and that's what he wore in the image that came up. Sorreh once again, but for the mometn lets just use our imaginations...of course it's not a dress... >_>
