Hello, AngelofDarkness! you asked for tips on drawing raptors.... I might ramble a bit, so please bear with me...

My picture, "Raptor Attack" was drawn with a mouse, and my technique for drawing it is not as one would expect. While other artists are doodling the body frame in rough, then adding all the details, I usually start with the eye and work from there. Then I draw the snout... complete with teeth XD Once the head is finished, the body is much more difficult. I just keep trying at it until it looks just right. (You won't believe how many times I have to draw those back legs, they're really difficult!)You can work from books to guide you, or work from a mental picture like I did. (Because I read so many dinosaur books, I guess it comes naturally to me =p). Once your raptor is completed, add the scales, and colour. Yay.
