SPAM. !Yaoi that is out of context! When people make fun of what I like. I hate n00bs... But I love to flame them.. I super hate illiterates and really hate snobby people and people who think they are the best.. Rabid fangirls.. I dislike lots of stuff. XD

The only thing I can critisize you on is watch for the source of lighting. Shadows can only go in one direction, so what I usually do is doodle a little sun or lightbulb in the corner I want to have the light source coming from. This way, it gives you a reference.

The only other thing is attention to detail. But you already do quite a lot of detail, so that's not very big. I just think it's nice to see scales or a little bit more texture.

Other than that, like I said, love a lot of your concepts and color schemes. Keep up the awesome work! :D

Well, for example somewhere around the neck, there´s that dark stripe, it looks bit random, it´s smudged to two directions, you know... :D And well, I guess I just like sharper style overall. ^_^'

Drawing with PC is fun, especially because you can mess up as much as you want, and everything will be fine again after ctrl+Z... With pencil, lot´s of erasing is needed usually :D I´d draw with PC too if I had tablet. At the moment, I only color pics with PC :)

Okay...this was done at an anime convention i went to.
So basically, you read a fanfiction, find a scene that you want to draw and draw it out to what you think it looks like. It can be any fanfiction that you read, either from before or some new fanfiction. It can also be your own fanfiction!

Fanfictions: Only anime fanfictions please! (As long as it has some sort of anime in the picture!^^ For the crossovers ones you'll have to tell me which anime it is crossed overed with)
Rating: G to R
Media: Any
Number of entries per person: up to 3 (link your entry in this topic for easy access)
Contest Deadline: October 1, 2006 at 11:59pm the latest

Description/Rules:
1. The entry HAS to depict a scene in the fanfiction CLEARLY
2. Has to have at least some kind of colouring
3. A decent background
4. Can be from any fanfiction (sorry, only fanfiction scenes allowed)
5. When submitting entry, please provide a link to the fanfiction and where the scene is
6. Cannot not be old art, has to be made from scratch (if it was even possible that someone drew something from a fanfiction)

Judging (simple checklist):
1. Coloured?
2. Background?
3. Details?
4. Proportioned?
5. From Anime Fanfiction?(most important)
6. DOES THE LINK WORK?

Prizes:
There will be a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and two honorary mentions.
1st place- hand coloured drawing & pic/artist will be added to faves
2nd place- uncoloured drawing & pic/artist will be added to faves
3rd- pic/artist will be added to faves
