It's a bug-filled piece of crap, really. Unfortunately, I did not know that when I bought it, and can't afford to upgrade to poser 6 or 7 yet.

Can you draw kemonomimis (animal-eared and tailed humans). They are kinda like anthros.

Some key things to remember:

-He does not have to have a tail. That's extra.
-He has brown eyes, and yellowish orange hair.
-He is a teenager.
-He has floppy dog ears, and he kinda has dog fangs.
-He does not have to have claws.
-He is not a furry, and should have regular-looking human skin.
-He is of average build. Not too skinny; not too fat.
-It can be a headshot or a full body picture.
-He does not have to be drawn bishie style.
-He can have a dog nose or a human nose.

It doesn't matter which media you use to draw him. I preferably want him colored in, but I'll accept sketches and partial color, too. ^_^

How do you color? It looks like you're using dodge and burn with photoshop. Am I right?

nah, i'm using photo impressions... its kinda a bad program tho...

I'm not familiar with Photo impressions, so I don't know what tools you have there. Have you tried GIMP or paintshoppro ?

Anyway, how do you pic the colors to use? My first suggestion is when making shadows, don't use a color that's too dark. For example, in your Yuna pic:

the shade you used for the face shadows is too gray. Instead, use a color that's like the rest of her face, but ver slightly darker.

What I'd like you to do is do work my OC, Karyana, in Poser. Here's a description of her:

Height: 5'7"
Frame: About the same one you used for that picture of KOS-MOS
Skin: Caucasian
Hair: Black. Length: to lower back
Eye color: green, fading to blue
Specifics: she has a braid that frames one side of her face. She usually wears a pin with mistletoe or a silver tiara. She has a mark on her forehead like a card diamond (not necessary).
Clothes: She usually wears either a robe or a split two piece. The colors she wears the most are sky blue, forest green, white, red and black, in that order.

I noticed you worked a .hack// based picture for Xiakeyra. I'd like to know if you could work one for me. I've been playing .hack// and watched .hack//SIGN, plus I did a few .hack//G.U. characters.

Anyways, think you could work my original character Karyana? If I could work her in .hack// style, she'd probably be a mix between a Wavemaster, a Bladesmaster and a Twin Blade (.hack//SIGN) or a mix between a Shadow Warlock and an Adept Rogue (.hack//Roots).

I hope this won't be too hard.

I'm still working on 3 other pics so likely I'll be busy until the middle of next month. We'll see.

She normally has her hair down to slightly above her hips, and has two small braids, one on each side of her face, plus a much longer and thicker braid the same length as her hair.

Her blade, Eclipse, represents the balance of all forces (fire and ice, light and darkness, twilight and daybreak).

There a saying that goes "the best program is the one you know how to use."

Just try out one, then when once you're learned how to use it but still feel something is lacking, try another.

The "best" that can be bought is Maya. However, at $2000 for the basic version and $7000 for the unlimited version, I wouldn't recommend it for someone who isn't making 3D for a living.

I use all of them. The problem is that these programs are _extremely_ limited in what they can do, so I end up using all of them to do what I want to do.



If you want to start with a posing and rendering program that's easy to use, try Daz Studio:

i luv your artwork, what kinda system do you use(3d)

I have a pentium 4, 128mb Ram, 32MB Nvidia video card.

The bulk of the models I use can be downloaded for free (such as from AG Studio) or I bought from either daz3d or renderosity.com. For the rest of the models, I use 3ds495 (a 3d modeller made in 1995), UVMapper, and anim8or. For rendering and posing, I use Poser 5.

For postwork and textures, I use Paintshopro 7.

could you please make a pictue of my Characters from my comic? Kiba ( www.fanart-central.net/pic-506412.html, img103.imageshack.us/img103/9083/tek061125887739uv7.png ) is standing with his arms crossed, glaring at Takeshi ( www.fanart-central.net/pic-500519.html )who is glaring back, with his arms corssed as well. They are back to back, but with their heads turned. Kat ( www.fanart-central.net/pic-493976.html, www.fanart-central.net/pic-513617.html ) is standing between them, almost starting to cry, turning to Takeshi trying to get him to be nicer to Kiba, and vica versa. Kiba is 12 years old, as it Takeshi, and Kat is 8. Kiba is slightly taller than Takeshi

I'll happily do Kat or Takeshi (one person per pic), though. Is Kat's hair braided (like the colored pic) or free (like the sketch)?

ok ( heh, me too...i never get the proportions right... ) her hair isnt braided, its just in pig-tails ^_^
