I'm NeerP! I love anime! ^^ I'm very open to any coments on my art, and thank you greatly for them! I also am looking for people willing to draw requests for me, I'd like someone to draw my o/c Rem ^^ you can e-mail me if you need details on him. Any requests from me will take them, but I have to use friends scanners.
