I actually don't have Flash, I use photoshop for my animations, but they're kinda hard to do on that program so I don't make a lot of them

Yeah, you have to draw the icture, then copy and paste it to a new layer and change something, then kep repeating that untill you've got all the frames. then go to 'Save for Web' in the file menu and just adjust the settings
