Yes actually they are i bet i look really weird walking around with them on lol iv got a vest like it to and iv got arms weights also but yeah you cant see the leg weights under my pance and as for the vest i throw on a shirt then the vest and a sweat shirt over top of it they make the vest up to 84 pounds but you can get them any at any weight you want keeping in mind it'll cost more lol and i think the arm and leg weights go to 50 pounds each its actually alot of weight but it'll make you unbelievable fast iv got the leg weights on now lol.
