Well good pain is what you feel after doing a workout correctly and you feel that slight tension in your muscles and you get a sudden push of energy. Bad pain just plaine hurts. It isn't beneficial at all. Anyway I used to play baseball. I used to play shortstop, first base, and sometimes third.
