The detail in your pictues...the softness of the hair and the life-like quality are just breathtaking.
I have recently started drawing more and more, and gradually i feel im imprioving... but i am no way near the standard of your work. I was wondering if you could let me know what kind of pencils you use... and also how you go about doing the hair! is there a technique... and i would like to know where you start with a drawing... i used to always start witht eh right eye and go out from there.. but since i have changed the way id o things .

I really like your realism. Everyone looks like who they're supposed to be and you have a knack for hair, something that not too many get. Like me. ^-^
So most of your drawings are using grids? I know I've done one that way and it turned out well (except for the hair...). Where did people figure out you were 13? Is that true? That's amazing!

Thanks so much! Well, I wasn't always too good with hair... up until maybe a year ago I couldn't draw hair to save my life. But skill builds up with practice.

I often use grids, but I've been trying to stop that... I know a lot of professional artists use grids, but I just feel that it's a kind of cheating, and it makes my artwork less worthy than it would be without grids. So I'm trying to practice drawing likenesses without grids. Because I know how to draw faces, it's just harder for me to get someone to look like who they are.

I'm not sure where they got that I'm thirteen, perhaps from my deviantart site if I posted the link here, but it is true.

Really? Hmm... I've never done anything like that, I've never even posted a WIP. But it might be fun, and if it helps other people I'll be happy. I'll have to study how tutorials are made, first, though. But I'll definitely check into the idea.
