Chapter 1 - Difficulties
Chapter 1 - Difficulties
Human-kind has overcome
Many obstacles,
And made many
Great accomplishments.
The first step
On the Moon,
A footprint
Immortalized.
Miracles of medicine,
Diseases destroyed,
Lives saved.
Wars finished,
Lives lost,
But freedoms won.
And if all these things,
Said to be impossible,
Have been done,
Why is it so hard
To lend a helping hand?
Human-kind has done
Many things,
Performed many
Acts of faith.
Soldiers
Going into battle,
With no fear
Of consequence.
Two people
Getting married
With belief in what
The future holds.
And if these decisions,
These life-altering
Decisions,
Were made
Based only on
Faith,
Why is it so hard
To believe in
A fellow man?

That's not that bad JT. It's really good and it's so true. Great job! I enjoyed it a lot! ^^
