Chapter 0 - Welcome Home, Fallen Soldier
Rum-tum, tap-tap tum.
The beat goes on forever.
Rum-ta-ta-tum, tap-tap tum.
Never slowing, never stopping.
The wooden soldier's beat
On his drums
Showed me how strong
He kept on going.
Rum-ta-ta-ta-tum, tum-tum,
It showed me his
Great strength.
Tum-ta-tum, tum-ta-ta-tum.
It showed me his beauty,
His strength, his resilence.
The beauties that returned him
Home to me, my fallen soldier.
Rum-ta-ta-tum,
Tap-tap tum.
Welcome home,
My fallen soldier.
Tap-tap tum.
That day and forever onward,
Rum-tum, tap-tap tum.
He will be with me.
The beat goes on forever.
Rum-ta-ta-tum, tap-tap tum.
Never slowing, never stopping.
The wooden soldier's beat
On his drums
Showed me how strong
He kept on going.
Rum-ta-ta-ta-tum, tum-tum,
It showed me his
Great strength.
Tum-ta-tum, tum-ta-ta-tum.
It showed me his beauty,
His strength, his resilence.
The beauties that returned him
Home to me, my fallen soldier.
Rum-ta-ta-tum,
Tap-tap tum.
Welcome home,
My fallen soldier.
Tap-tap tum.
That day and forever onward,
Rum-tum, tap-tap tum.
He will be with me.
