One time I had this really strange dream where I was running. I wass trying to wake up, but then I just fell back to sleep. It happened over and over again! It freaked me out. :[
That works for me, too!
I always think up a boring, pointless, mushy love story to help myself go to sleep. Works everytime.
Then i'll have some ridiculously strange (but often funny) dream.
