It is a very good story, hurry and continue! I want to know what happens! ^_^ But I do have one suggestion if I may, When you use simple sentences, try to fuse them with commas or use 'and'. So instead of for example you say, "I went to look for firewood. It was on the ground." You could say instead, "I went out to look for firewood and found it laying on the ground." Does that help?
But you did a fine job anyways! I would DIE if Sora was real. Lol HEART ATTACK!
