Tips for beating the last white cave on Muramasa Rebirth for the PSVita

The Savory Noodle Soup can auto revive you once, so make sure you have some before heading into the cave. You can use the Tablet of the Bodhi Tree or Hammer of Masamune for extra power. But if you'd rather focus on survival the Belzebub Saucer. Get lots of food, you'll be able to use them faster with the saucer. More important than food are the stones. Switch blades to prevent them from breaking and allow them to charge to conserve stones. Talk to all merchants and buy everything. Use the blue stone that gives soul salvation if all 3 swords are low (at 1/3), it prevents the spirit energy of the swords from draining.

For swords make sure you have Prayers of the damned. Always keep Faerie Assault going. Activate it, switch to another sword then switch again when the first faerie light disappears & activate it again. Faerie Assault is vital because it makes enemies bounce off you. Slash upward and once you get them in the air, they'll keep bouncing, so they'll be defenseless. Bounce as many as you can to reduce the number of foes that can attack you. Carry stones that restore broken swords just in case, basically get all the stones you can.

Another good sword is Blade of divine wind, the Skull III skill isn't as effective as Faerie Assault, but comes in hand if you combine them. Push the enemies to the corner and the skull ball will bounce them against the side of the screen and trap them there. The 3rd sword should be the strongest you have, I used Sword of rejuvenation. Use the foods that make you full as soon as you lose enough life not to waste any of their benefits and save foods that don't make you full for emergencies when you can't wait to heal more.

For the last battle with the Kisuke and Monohime clones, focus on one of them because you need to break their swords and they'll fix themselves if you try to fight both at once. Drawing your sword when it's charged will be useless, so don't rely on that to get out of trouble, your clone will just counter it. The clones are fast and use some ranged techniques, so keep your finger on square and move by slashing forward through the air so that you're always guarding against a sudden attack.
