YO YO YO MY SNEGRO HOME-SKILLETS, HOW'S IT IN YER PART OF DA HOOD?!

...Mm'kay, that's enough shoot. This here post is basically to define my status/views/whatever on requests, trades and commissions. I know I have a commission post already, and I'll link to it later.

If you tl;dr this and ask me something already addressed here, I'll ignore you. Sorry, but I'm allergic to morons. If you DON'T see something here, don't be afraid to ask.
God my tattoo itches... anyway.

Before we get to the meat (haha...) of the post, here's a list of do's and don't's regarding the subject matter of my art (these lists mostly include more sensitive or controversial matters. I draw a lot of things. For example, you do not need to ask if I'll draw you a lion cub, as that subject matter is perfectly fine):

I will draw...
- Partial nudes (Bare breasts, bums and some dong falls into this category).
- Softcore sexual themes (NOT hardcore porn. I save that stuff for my friends).
- Anthros/Furries (Partial Nudes and Softcore Sexual Themes apply to this category as well).
- Violence/Gore.
- OCs and/or OCs paired with canons (some are iffy, but don't worry about it. I'll tell you if I don't want to draw it).
- Yuri (that fits under the Partial Nudes and Softcore Sexual Themes categories).

I will NOT draw...
- YAOI (I take asking me as an insult).
- Animal sexual themes, of any type (I'm not drawing any animal sex - and I don't mean animals with human features, aka Anthro/Furries).
- Female canon characters being killed (in regards to yaoi. I know killing pictures of this nature exist, and I ain't drawing that horseshoot).
- Mpreg (WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?).
- Anything Twilight-related. I hope Meyer dies slowly and painfully.

Guidelines ...or rules. Whatever you want to call them. I hate calling them rules. I think a lot of this goes without saying, but yeah. There's massive retards out there. Just covering my @$$.

- Please do not claim the artwork as your own art.
- Please do not remove my signature.
- You're welcomed to post the art on forums, websites, etc, as long as my signature is not removed from the image (a link to this gallery would be lovely too, but I'm not asking for it).
- Please do not re-sell or redistribute the art to third-parties.
- Please do not directly trace the art.
- If you want to crop or edit the image (for an icon, for example), please put my name, Bliss Saijin on the image somewhere (does not matter how big or small, in what color... so on), or reference me as credit for the art.

Now onto the... stuff.

Commissions

A more detailed run-down of that shiza can be found in this post:
http://www.fanart-central.net/blog_entry-8572.php

My prices can be negotiated, but 9 times out of 10 I'm firm on them. Considering I've seen people ask for $10 for a sketch (or more), I'd like to think my prices are fair.

A word on trade/requests "open/closed" status:

In regards to open/closed status, I don't have one for trades and requests. They're neither open or closed, they're "whatever strikes my interest". Essentially you're playing roulette with me when you ask.
Why? Well, I used to do the standard "open/closed", as most practical artists do. But I'm not practical, I'm a huge lazyass. That being said, if I were asked to draw a subject I'm not too fond of, I'll likely forget about it or move it to low priority.
Basically, the only way to trade with me or get a request is to ask. While I have no way to prove it at this time, I make my choices mostly on subject matter. Artist skill, in references to art trades, has little to do with it (just because I don't want to spend hours on your half, only to have sloppy minutes spent on my half). Artist popularity has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with it. At all. You could be the most popular artist on FAC, DA, SA, FA or whatever - if I don't like your subject and/or art style, I'm going to decline.
Do not be afraid to ask, I don't bite. I may reply slow as balls, but I'm not nasty. Besides, I like hearing from people.
If you're declined, I'm sorry. Attacking/flaming me will just go ignored and likely blocked. This is why I have commissions; because of the money factor, I will take all commissions of any subject matter (within my "do's") - whether it interests me or not.
I'm, like any chick, moody as hell. What interests me one week may not the next, so try again at a later point if you're truly interested in my art. That's not to say ask me every day or week (DO NOT DO THIS), but if I declined, give it some good time and try again. In all honesty, it's a gambit with me. I don't know if this way is truly fair or not, but it's the way I'm most comfortable with trades and requests.

I MAY officially close all form of trades or requests periodically (for whatever reason, commonly personal stuff). If this is the case and you'd like some art of mine, your only bet would be commissions.

NOTE: ANY commission takes priory over the completion of trades or requests.

Trades and Requests

As long as you're not asking for something I won't draw, feel free to talk to me. You can drop a comment on my page, on my art, or send me a PM. As stated, I may reply slowly, but I'll reply.
If you want something drawn (that's of sensitive matter, such as sexual themes, etc), but you don't see it on either I Will/Won't Draw lists, throw it at me and I'll let you know.

SPECIAL NOTE

Some artists, not matter if they're lazy or not, do not produce art as quickly as others. I am one of them.
I am a perfectionist (meaning I spend extra time making the picture 'perfect' to my standards), and that eats into the time taken to draw.
My job also steals a huge chunk of my time, and when I get home from work, I'm normally too tired to even open my sketchbook or PSP8 (old school, huh?)
Also, my boyfriend. He's active... and wants a lot of my time (which he's going to get).

Just keep this in mind if you think you're picture is taking too long.
Feel free to ask me about your art. NOT EVERY DAY. Pestering me constantly might result in me dropping your request, trade or even commission.

Finally, on the note of pestering, harassing me, nagging me or generally being an @$$ to me about your artwork (be it the time it's taking, asking me to redraw it over and over and over, etc) is going to get your request, trade or commission dropped. As far as commissions go, I DON'T need the money; I don't make my living off my art. I draw things purely for fun, and any commission money I get is just a bonus (usually blown on WoW subscriptions). Trying to black-mail me into tolerating any jackassery via threatening to not give me money is never going to work.

Remember: YOU came to me and asked for MY art. I don't have to draw you ANYTHING, commissions included. Please give me respect, and you will get respect in return. Thank you.

ANYWHOOZLE, I almost got my Tauren to 80, so I'ma get back on that. TOODLES.
