So yeah, since I made cards way back that have negitive attack and defense, I made rules on them.
Figured this would be a good place to move it.

Negative Attack and Defense are like a new ability.
Basically, you take more damage. With some exceptions.
ATK Vs. Negative ATK: The monster with the normal ATK wins. Even if it's ATK is zero. And the player with the negative ATK takes that much more damage.
EX: Luster Dragon(1900) attacks Weedling(-200). The Weedling player takes 2100 instead of 1900.
EX2: The Unhappy Maiden(0) attacks Weedling(-200). The Weedling player takes 200.
ATK Vs. Negative DEF: The monster with the normal ATK wins. Even if it's ATK is zero. Of course, the negative player doesn't take damage, unless the normal ATK monster has piercing. Then the negative player takes that much more damage.
Negative ATK Vs. Negative ATK: Nether player takes damage. The monster who's ATK is closer to zero wins.
Negative ATK Vs. Negative DEF: Nether player takes damage. The monster who's negative ATK or DEF is closer to zero wins.
Negative ATK Vs. Player: The negative ATK is considered zero.
