Here We Stand (poem??)

All alone on an endless night
I felt so alone like I'd die
Then come to find out the the whole time
You were about to end you're life

Oblivious to the obvious
I went and spoke to you that night
Our burning hearts intertwined
It was the best day of my life

So glorious the day
When we both found a way
To rid ourselves of the pain inside our lives
And here we stand hand in hand
Forevermore

My heart used to be torn
But you make me feel reborn
The love you give me now
Makes my world spin around

The flames consumed my soul
My mind in a deep black hole
Finally free
Love eternally

This is something I wrote while thinking of my girlfriend, BlackSilkNinja, a little while after listening to DragonForce's "Sonic Firestorm"
