Since Professor Halle has just apeared in my story, and I've even drawn a picture, I thought I'd go and give him a bio...since he is such an interesting villian. ;D

Profession: Scientific Engeneer for G.U.N.

Personality: Although he is trying to overthrow G.U.N., he is a strong supporter of non-violence and justice. He is extremely intelligent and serious, and always seems to have something else on his mind.
