How Taila met Tails pt.3

Eggman had escaped, leaving Sonic and the others to search for Tails as they tried to defuse the bombs left by Eggman. Knuckles worked at the bombs, while Sonic and the pink hedgehog called for Tails. Neither teams had any luck. Suddenly, the pink hedgehog said,"Sonic! I just thought of something!". "What, Amy?!", asked Sonic. "What if Dr.Eggman took Tails, and thats why he gave up so easily!?", said Amy exitedly. Sonic, suddenly looking at the slowly dissapearing air-ship, said,"We have to catch that ship!", he said, pointing at the ship. "But what about the bombs?", asked Knuckles. "By the time we get Tails back here, it will be too late!". "He's right. Those bombs won't take long to go off.", said Amy. "But, how did he kidnap Tails without anyone noticing?", asked Sonic. Suddenly, everyone looked around and spotted Taila. "Are you working for Dr.Eggman, too?!", shouted Sonic. "Me? No, of course not.", she said rather quickly, which made them suspicious. They looked at eachother. "What should we do, Sonic?" asked Amy. He thought for a little while when Knuckles shouted, "Hurry up, will ya! The whole village is depending on us and your just sitting there!". "Our only hope is to trust her." said Sonic, signaling to Taila. Both Amy and Knuckles looked at Sonic in shock, then they exchanged looks. "But we dont even know if shes on Eggman's team or not!" said Amy. "Thats were trust comes in!" said Sonic confidently. "Do you know how to fly a ship?" asked Sonic. "Yes, I do!" said Taila exitedly.
