How Taila met Tails pt.7

Taila had landed the ship and everyone eagerly got out. The second got out, they immidiatly seperated to search for any sign of someone being anywhere on the scene very recently. After a while of searching, Sonic had interupted their search,"Hey, Everyone! I found something!". Everyone had rushed over to see what he had descovered. "Hey, those look like footprints!" shouted Amy exitedly. Taila took a closer look at the prints left in the snow. These footprints looked familiar. She thought for a while,and suddenly she remembered seeing these footprints somewhere, but where? As soon as she started thinking again, she heard her own name being called from somewhere. "Does anyone else hear that?" she asked. Everyone went dead quiet for a few minutes. "Hear what?" whispered Sonic. "Someone was calling my name." said Taila. "Do you think its Tails?" Sonic asked hopefully. "No. it sounded like a woman's voice." Taila replied. Taila looked around, then she gasped. "I know whose footprints those are!" she said very exitedly. Just then, there was a rustle in the bushes. Everyone turned to see what was making the noise. Suddenly, someone had risen up out of the bushes. "Hello, Taila!" she said as she opened her eyes. Taila couldnt believe it! It was her best friend that she hadnt seen for so long! "M-M-Maddie!" Taila shouted. Maddie smiled at her. Then, she walked over to Taila and the others and opened her arms, signalling to Taila that she wanted to give her a hug. Taila did not hesitate. She hugged Maddie and smiled. "Its so good to see you again!!!" said Taila. "Same here!!!" said Maddie.
