How Taila met Tails pt.8

Tails desperatly tried to get the metal collar off. "What are you trying to do?!?!" he shouted. "Hold still!" Dr. Eggman shouted back. He pushed a button on a controllor he had picked up. Suddenly, mechanical arms rose up out of the floor. The arms dove for Tails and held him in place. He fought against the arms, but, suddenly, he saw an elactrical current riding along the surface of the arms, heading toward him. The current hit him with an overwhealming force. "AHH!" shouted Tails. "Oh, please! That wasnt even half a volt!" said Eggman. He stopped fighting the arms out of fear of getting another shock. "Now, time to test out my latest invention!" said Eggman. "Is it going to hurt?" asked Tails. "Well, it cant hurt much more than that shock!" he chuckled. Then, Eggman pushed a second button on his remote controllor. Suddenly, the arms had dropped him and the collar spread, coating Tails' entire body in metal. "W-what is happening?!?!" said Tails as he watched his hands being consumed by metal. But this wasnt just regular metal, this metal was extremely heavy. He had to hold himself up against the walls of the glass container as not to fall under the weight of the metal coat. "Its my latest invention! I call it Sonic's defeat!" Eggman finished in a dark tone. "And the best part is," he pushed another button and the metal expanded in thickness. Tails finally collapsed under the added weight. "I can choose how much weight to add! Sonic cant run with all that extra weight on him!" said Eggman. "You wont be able to stop Sonic!" shouted Tails. "Oh, really? I stopped you, didnt I?" sniggered Eggman. Tails fell silent. Eggman pushed another button and the metal coating went back to just a collar. Tails sat up. Then Eggman pushed another button and the collar snapped open and fell off of his neck. "Give it back to me." said Eggman. Tails slowly got up, not used to his own weight yet, and put the collar in the tube that had come out of the pannel that it had fallen from. The collar shot up the tube and seconds later, came out of a tube on the other side. Eggman took the collar and walked toward the door. The door slid open and he stepped through it. He dissapeared into the shadows of the closing door, leaving Tails in the dark, lonely room, worrying if he would ever see Sonic and the others again...alive...
