computer problems

my computer has been attacked by a virus three time and i cant get it to work again. i'm sorry for not getting any work out. The virus screwed up my internet explorer and i havnt been able to get on it for almost a week. i was able to get on my grandmather's computerto type this.

i might be able to order a reboot disk after my grandmather checks my computer but im not so sure. hope to get more work to you guys soon.
