I just gotta say this, but you can TELL Tetsuya Nomura is the director of both the Kingdom Heart series and the FF7 series, considering there are alot of similarities in the games and the AC movie! Here are just a few I have noticed that I will show ya xP
Quotes: "We'll go together" Said by Sora and Yazoo "This is the beginning of the end." Said in Dirge of Cerberus jap trailor and at the ending of KH2 when you prepare to fight Xemnas (Except 'of your journey' is added)
Appearences between characters:
1: Cloud and Roxas: Dun shoot meh but I think Roxas looks like a mini Cloud, same could be said for Sora and Cloud xD
2: Axel and Reno: God these two are soooo much alike! Not only do they have the same hair color, eye markings under eyes, eye color and attitude, but they have the SAME voice actor Quinton Flynn!
3: Elena and Larxane: They look alot like too, and I bet they share the same voice actor in the jap cast, only dif in my opinion is Elena has bangs and lacks 'antennas' xD
4: Saix and Tsung: Both have same attitude and a marking on their forehead, except Tsung doesnt go crazy in the moonlight and his hair isnt blue or mullet ish looking on the top xP
5: Riku and Kadaj: God I wanna kick myself for this but I hate to admit it, Riku and Kadaj look VERY similar Dx (-not a big fan of Kadaj-) Plus they are the same age (16) Also very skilled fighters. The reason I say this is because my brother's gf fell asleep when we were watching some of Advent Children, then after that I played some KH2, well she woke up and asked if we were STILL watching Advent children and my brother said no and she said he was lying cause she mistaked Riku at the ending of KH2 for Kadaj! And Riku looks somewhat like Yazoo too, and I aint complaining about that since Yazoo ish kick arse! x3
Fight Scenes: Ok I noticed ALOT of similarities in the fighting scenes. The first one I noticed is where Cloud is fighting Yazoo and Loz in the Forgotten city of the ancients. Notice when he has two swords and spins up towards the trees? Roxas does the SAME thing in Deep Dive when he is fighting the heartless. Another big similarity is when Cloud is fighting Sephiroth and is slashing through the buildings; Sora slashes through buildings as well when him and the gang are racing towards the Nobody Castle in your firt part of the fight with Xemnas with your party members. Also remember when Cloud is in the tunnel fighting Loz and Yazoo on his bike and grabs them both and spins? Sora can do the same similiar move in either his Final or Master forms!
And here is the biggest similarity of all, the poses I just found recently, hope ya enjoy and if this dont convince ya KH2 and FF7 are alot alike, I dunno what will xD
