Alright, so I made a new Anthro OC, feel free to draw him or something, here is his Description:
Harlem is a 21 year old Dingo. He is a Scenester/Raver. He wears green fishnet gloves, a green fishnet shirt, and green fishnet toeless stockings that go a bit above his ankle, Vibrant Orange pants and a bright green jacket that only goes down to his sides. His hair style is similar to Andy Sixx' hair, but with rainbow stripes on the parts that fall over his shoulders. His eyes are a shade lighter than Ice Blue and his pupils are white. He is a shy, defensive, and scared kind of person, his back story is far too long to type but to sum it up he was in an Orphanage since he was seven and he was severely abused, he has several scars around his arms, back, tail, ears and face.
