Realistic FCs?

What are people's opinions on them?

And by 'realistic' I mean FCs with learning disabilities or other problems and differing sexualities which makes the fandom more...... realistic in a sense. 

I'm all for it. I have FCs who have to deal with violent bullying, ones with learning disabilities and even one with a form of Autism. Why? Because it's closer to life. And yes, I'm saying I want realism with a fandom based around athromophic animals with supernatural powers.

And, I make sure to research everything about these problems before I make FCs like this so I avoid getting things wrong or unintentionally offending people with these conditions. If I do end up doing so, I'd like pointers to help with the FCs.

So, what do people think about FCs like this?
