So, for this school year, there is a possibility I'll be participating in the 'Duke of Edinburgh' award, also known as the DofE award. This award is for people aged 14-24 who realise life is about more than sitting around. And for me, it's to help boost my self-confidence and to help me socially. This will take roughly 12 months involving an expedition in May.
I'll be doing 3 months of volunteering
                  3 months of physical activity
                  3 months of skill work
and another 3 months of one of the three above (I'm probably going to go for the volunteering)

I'm just in need of ideas at the moment. I've got my idea for the volunteering - Raising money for the charity Stonewall. Stonewall is an LGBT charity which raises money to help LGBT children and teenagers who are bullied at schools by providing LGBT literature and hire staff to help look after and teach about the LGBT community as well as stop the HBT (Homophobic, biphobic and transphobic) bullying within schools. I chose this charity because as a member of the LGBT community myself, I want everyone who isn't heterosexual to feel welcome within the world. This charity means a lot to me as well because my school's behaviour office has a notice board with posters from this charity which makes me feel secure when I see them on my way to my maths or drama lessons.

It's just how I'm going to raise the money for the charity. I'm thinking that once a month, I'll host a large livestream for this charity by providing special DA ID commissions of Sonic FCs with jumpers/hoodies with 'Homo/Bi/Pan/Trans/Ace/Hetero/Supporter and Proud' writen on them. They're going to template (one I'll make myself), but they'll be three varients:

Base colour - £1
Cell shade - £2
Soft shade - £3

They're much more expensive than what my usual commissions are, but these will only be available when I' livestreaming for this charity. People will also be welcome to just donate, but only in British Pound please as it's a British-run charity.
However, this may not happen. I still have to write a letter to the teacher hosting it at my school about what I plan to do and why. If I get accepted, I'll pick a date each month to host these livestreams. I'll be doing them through Google+ so people are welcome to come in and help. If you'd like to help if I get accepted to do this award, please let me know!
