We had visited Flanders Field, in Belgium, which is basically a battlefield from long ago. It was absolutely covered in poppies. It made me think, and i wrote this poem in 'a moment of reflectiveness'. huh. oh, and btw, i almost made a typo and called it, The Poopies. Now that would have ruined the whole serious atmosphere x]

Me and my family recently visited a river somewhere or other on a day out. As she was feeling teacher-y (^^) my mum asked, "how could you describe this river and its journey?" so, out of the goodness of my heart (and also to retain all tv privileges) i decided to oblige.
