believe me, I wouldn't care. People have done it to me countless amounts of time. I even have negative numbers on my most fav'd drawing lol.

check getys gallery, he doesn't care for -scoring he just wants to know the point and if someon wants to down rate then criticize what you don't like and rate down only with your main account, that would be fair and not only to downt rate his pics with 100 accounts so that they can't be seen on the main page, thats low...

I've seen it. It's alright, I'm not into anime art. He has one picture I like, that's about it :/. If he didn't care, he wouldn't care to ask why or dig into such things.

I understand. What you don't seem to grasp is that he obviously cares about the ratings if he's asking that from them. Makes sense RIGHT? If he didn't care about ratings, he wouldn't care about fake accounts and their negative scoring. Get it?? If you still don't re-read as many times as possible to understand. He can claim not to care but in order to make it believable he would have to just drop it and not bring it up/complain about it.

You don't get it. Your insults are pretty lame too. You do realize that insulting like that will get you no where? All I see are assumptions because you can't see IP addresses, only admins can. He may assume right but Strata said they are anonymous, until strata tells me otherwise, I can't believe you in this situation. Otherwise certain people would definitely be banned for such offenses. Strata wouldn't lag on banning the people who have multiple accounts used to cause problems.

example: I don't think (there can't be*) that there is *only one god, though that does not mean it is impossible. In this instance I don't believe that a regular can see everyones IP address, however that does not mean it is impossible because I can be wrong. That is the difference :). I can understand why that seemed a bit confusing I should have used a different word. I hope that helped :).
