FAC Site Update - 3.2.05 (November 12th, 2009)

BUGS FIXED:
+ Repeated error messages and failure to send email notices after submitting new story chapters
+ Error 404 when trying to edit blogs
+ bbCode toolbar in comments form not working on various pages
+ SQL error message when deleting stories
+ Broken URL and error when browsing past first page of users' Favorites
-- Suspension timers calculating wrong expiration date on repeat offenders
-- [size] bbCode tag didn't work on font sizes < 10
-- Master stories notification always read 'OFF' in Watchlist CP
-- Pagination error in Watchlist CP (e.g. page 3 would actually show page 2)
-- "Popular Works" box on mainpage wasn't picking submissions correctly
-- New-reply email notices sometimes stated "your page" instead of "[user]'s page"

Other changes:
-- Switching pages in watchlist CP now automatically saves changes made to that page. This was not even a bug to begin with, but....
