Though, this is a different Christine, she's "my" version of Christine. She'll show off in my short story manga Eve of Evolution. ;) I've always thought of a woman who had built an agitate psychology upon rejecting the Phantom. More accurately she'd be the type of woman who secretly struggles the man rejected by the whole society. No matter how much she denies it that man would be somewhere hidden in her memory, just as he had found a way to lead a gorgeous life as the king of the underground. This is symbolized in her clothing, if observed carefully it'd be seen that there's a mask placed on Christine's chest. I also wanted to reflect her character using her eyes... Evangeline's eyes are relatively more naive and sincere whereas Christine's eyes are nothing relieving.
Speaking of the art, I have tried out a different CG'ing style this time. Let's say the final outcome isn't exactly what i imagined it to be but i'm quite satisfied with it. :)Who Killed The Watermelon? by WindraceRurn:uuid:b85bf91d-4baf-dd38-7714-02da2d5726a52006-08-29T03:47:26-07:00:DIn The Garden of Eden by WindraceRurn:uuid:022d8a5a-82a2-da51-7a09-e452de96dfa42006-08-29T03:42:45-07:00Evangeline and Adam, a pairing from my short story manga: Eve of Evolution. :) I've gone far too experimental this time!A Warm Breeze at Night by WindraceRurn:uuid:6757d98a-54f2-3ef6-e55d-7d9e9ebc60f82006-07-29T23:47:37-07:00Both teen and child form of a close friend's character: Night. I used color pencils for coloring. And.. The only part of the artwork that I'm fond of are the eyes :P Somehow I feel myself closer to live action Ami. May be because she's lacking in self esteem and confidence..*manga style super sailor moon* by WindraceRurn:uuid:9a0c2ddf-6845-01d7-c055-b4b3e6b531b42004-05-04T13:06:30-07:00An old, manga style Super Sailor Moon artwork of mine ^.~ Done with color pencils. - She's holding the traditional "zil"s (bells) in her hand. Turkish belly dancers use them to make up a melody in the rhytm of the music. Her dancing costume is designed by me. Their costumes have a tendency to be all shiny and gorgeous.
Sometimes, it gives me pleasure to jump onto the gothic style; when I want to escape from all the cuteness of shoujo. So I could say that my style differs between goth and shoujo... Interesting, eh? :)*Manga Style Sailor Moon* by WindraceRurn:uuid:a05444af-a358-3459-8709-d49f3c19dee82004-01-21T15:46:21-08:00Drawn for Özlem, she's someone who's really, really precious for me. ^_^ She drew me something about the winter, and i drew this Sm artwork for her. The Turkish reading goes.."Do you know.. today, the sun was born here.." She's a brilliant artist, I'm gonna invite her here!

Well... I know I have Naoko Takeuchi influences :P That's obvious in this piece of art.. But.. What can I do?! That lady kicks butt when it comes to manga style coloring and drawing!

Anyways.. It's been a long time since i last drew Sailor Moon.. Aww, I missed her pretty face and blue, innocent eyes! *-* Isn't she awesome? Let me remind you that her accessories are similar to those you see in the live action show. I love that transparent Moon Wand! Have you seen the live action? It's a must-see, because the girls are lovely! They try to do the best that they can, although they're pretty young.

Mediums.. I used inking pen, chinese white and aquarell. The picture was edited with Photoshop.
