White Fall

HUGE project. Each panel took a few hours to complete, so please take the time to look carefully at each one.

My entry for ForGetFul's contest. The idea was to draw or write something sad. I think I needed a break from the regular happyish stuff I usually do... I believe I went a little overboard with this... I've been working my butt off to get it done before the deadline. (With one day to spare, I made it!)

Now for the nit-pickyness.

I don't honestly know that poor white wolf is still on his feet by the time he made it to panel one... nevermind running through that much mud and rain.

I now have a new appreciation for artists who can do realistic blood with photoshop... I didn't realize how hard it was until I gave it a shot.

There were ripples in panel two, but they sorta dissapeared when I added the rain effect...

No, the Shadow Wolf in panel five is not flying. He is making a rather fantastic leap towards his target.

Honestly, either the mud or the backgrounds in each panel were the most fun. (Strange, I know...)

Anyway, I hope I do well!
