     Lady Arcea is perhaps the single most influential leader out of all Enilian culture and has been regarded on the same level as Ramses the Great, Winston Chuchill, Queen Victoria, Emperor Meji, and Mother Theresa.  She is credited with unifying the seperate pride territories after The Great Enilian Civil War, becoming the first Uchea, and the first ruler of a dynasty that lasted till the destruction of the planet nearly 800 years later.
 
     She was born approximately 820 years ago on the planet Enilif to a pride leader of mediocre ranking.  Even though her family wasn't all that important their lands, which where bountiful during a time when most of the other lands where suffering through difficult times.  This made many other pride leaders look on her lands with an envious eye.
 
     As she grew her father made her accompany diplomatic missions to the other lands, so as to prepare her for when she was to take over the pride.  As she traveled to the other lands she was saddened by the suffering she saw and tried to help ease the pains of the people she met.  These acts of kindness along with her acclaimed beauty caused people to start calling her Pantella, a name which is equivalent to Saint.
 
     Due to her standing with the people of her own lands but throughout the whole planet, many other leaders tried to woo the young ruler into mating.  The most powerful suitor was a harsh ruler from a neighboring pride named Lord Nerce who was renowned for his cruelty over his people.  But Lady Arcea refused all the suitors which angered many of them, causing them to form an alliance against her lands.  Lord Nerce figured it would be an easy task to force her in to a mating contract, but many other prides that Lady Arcea had helped came to the aid of their beloved Pantella.  The conflict soon erupted into the largest conflict that the planet had ever seen as it covered the whole planet and would come to be known as The Great Enilian Civil War.
 
     Lady Arcea was renowned for her kindness and belief in pacifism, but she also soon proved to be an able tactician as she won numerous victories against superior odds.  Victory was almost at hand until the arrival of Lord Nerce's greatest generals and cousin, Ulkie who soon placed the war into a stalemate.  Ulkie himself was known to hold Lady Arcea in high regard as an adept ruler, and viewed his cousin's obsession as that of a child who was denied a toy.
 
     At some point during the conflict Lady Arcea came into possession of Ranca the Kushvat ie Bela, a weapon that bonded with it's weilder giving them legendary power.  But even this wasn't enough at the Battle of Kilstha No (Narrow Valley) where her and a group of soilders where cut off from the main force and captured by Ulkie's army.  At first she was defiant against her captors fearing what they could do to her, but Ulkie and his troops treated them with as much respect as one could to a prisioner.
 
     They went as far as Ulkie sending his personnel physician to Lady Arcea, who had been injured in the battle and afterwards she was closely attended on by the general himself.  Soon the mutual respect that existed between the two grew into affection.  Ulkie, not being able to stand what he knew would happen if he handed Lady Arcea over to Lord Nerce, released her and her troops then he went to face his cousin.  He pleaded with Lord Nerce to end the war, but after he refused Ulkie threatened to defect to her side.
 
     Lord Nerce was so enraged by this that he attacked Ulkie and after a short battle Ulkie killed Lord Nerce and became the new Lord of the pride.  His first act as the new leader was to send two messages to Lady Arcea's encampment, one was a letter of surrender and the other was a proposal for her to become his mate, both of which where agreed with by Lady Arcea.
 
     After the war, Lady Arcea became a pivotal member in the Enilian council as she worked tirelessly to unify the people of her world, so as to prevent another conflict like the previous one.  This goal was finally achieved after 3 years when the last pride agreed to join the new government, called the Enilian Unified Alliance.  The council and the people unanimously decided that she should lead the new government, so she became the first Uchea and her family was the beginning of the Lecat class.
 
     Uchea Arcea ruled with her mate Lord Ulkie for another 95 years before handing power over to her grandson Texi.  She died a couple years later and the planet went in to a state of mourning for 12 Enilian moon cycles (approxmately a year and a half)
 
     When the Enilian's where evacuating the planet before it was destroyed they brought along with them many of their most sacred things, including the caskets of Uchea Arcea and her mate along with her weapon Ranca.  After the survivors settled on their new homeworld Earth, the caskets where placed in a shrine, where they have stayed since.
 
*note* During the late 1970's the secret government company G.O.D. sent an operative to remove genetic material from Uchea Arcea and Lord Ulkie's graves for a project code named "Abiotic Factor"
