I basically had to modify this character to make her resemble to an Avatar character: http://img30.glitterfy.com/332/glitterfy014334619D33.gif Classic stuff about the artist's right should therefore be applied, but I don't have an idea about who that would be.
With the cell-shading, fringe and other specified details, I'm afraid she don't look like the original anymore. ^^' I kept the global colors of the original picture, redrew the entire outline and did what I could.
As I haven't seen Avatar yet, I had to gather a lot of information too on the fire clan; therefore I hope I haven't done any mistake/omission in it. Sorry if I did.
I didn't know if the fringe had to completely hide the eye, so I put a subtle outline of her left eye. If it's problematic, I can edit it easily, AvatarFanZukoFanTOO. Just tell it.
