Yeah, that looks absolutely nothing like her... <b>at all</b>. This was obviously a request from Neko_chan123. She likes bonnets and plans to rule the world. I really wasn't sure how to draw her "Ruling", so instead she'd just stadning there, heh. I got this sudden urge to try water colors on this, and failed horribly (Why do I bother trying?). The only reason it's even slightly tolerable, is because I fixed it up (A lot) on the computer.
