I don't know, if you had speed lines it would show it in more motion but then again it probably would cover his face and other detail (and if not it probably would clutter it) so if you did add them then I wouldn't only make them short. But I probably wouldn't change it because it is an old pic and a record of your skill then (And also it looks fine now).<br />

If this pic was in the comic and part of a story, instead of on a cover, then it could have a reason for why his hand isn't in the middle of the staff, like he is getting ready to hit as soon as he lands. But I just find it odd because if his hand was placed in a different spot, other than in the middle, it would most likely be on the other side of the middle point because then when he grabbed on it with his other hand he would have one hand on each side of the middle point and balance it out. I don't know, it is taken out of context. Anyways it looks fine still. It might just be like the Vash and Wolfwood pic of yours with the incorrect suns and shading because the pic looks more balanced with the staff there.<br />

um well i actually got the original picture from the internet (the source for everything!!) but someone commented on this drawing awhile ago (before it was lost in the breakdown thing) and said she'd seen it on a card. i love this pose too! it's so full of motion<br />

hmm do you mean like speed lines behind the cards he's throwing? um no i don't see any. and yea lol actually he does hold his staff in the middle in a lot of pictures (that i have, anyway)

Nice! Lots of action in this picture! You drew it from a card? Like the size of a playing card? That is pretty impressive because of lack of detail you use from it!<br />

This pic is great because it is so dynamic! It has the cards flying at our face, it has Gambit's outstreatched hand suspended in the air, his mouth is wide open his hair is everywhere, his body is twisted and entirely into the throw, the cape is flowing and his staff is behind him and who KNOWS what direction it is going to go in?! One thing I was expecting to see in this pic was streaks where the cards used to be, does it not have that in the comic? And does he normally grab the staff in the middle?<br />
