JyanYea, I meant staff ;) I always think of wood when I think of staff though and metal when I think of pole. I know, I'm weird ;) It isn't that you didn't shade the staff (Because you did), only that it sometimes is easier to tell it is further back if it is darker. Now that I look at the hand I see something else. It is quite probable that it isn't this way in the original, but comics are normally drawn to the extreme, so I would draw the hand a little higher as well as closer to the body. Lol yea, trenchcoats are cool. Why doesn't everyone have one? =D

BAMFManiaclol yea i love his clothes too! it's all about the trenchcoat. and hmm yes i suppose i should've shaded the hair more... oops again
BAMFManiacmhmm this was indeed rather hard to draw (which is why it took so long- i kept putting it off). but um yea thanks! lol glad you like the foot. o i wasn't sure about the staff (is that what you meant by "pole"?)- i thought it looked rather odd, but i wasn't sure exactly what was going on with his arm so i just drew whatever. and lol it probably was shaded and i just forgot. oops.

and yes freaky face! he didn't look that scary in the original pic, tho. eh backgrounds... i spent so much time on actually drawing him that i barely had any patience left for the background. if i could colour, i would have, because it's hard to sketch clouds and stars and stuff. hehe and i like the blurry backgrounds very much, which is what i tried to do in this pic... rather unsuccessfully. i wanted the whole thing completely blurred but my smudgeness didn't come out too well. hehe my hands were covered in graphite
