It reminds me of the character I made up. He has dark blue hair like that.

I don't mean to be rude or anything animekid2006, but in the DBZ style, a lot of male characters end up looking like Gokuu.
Anyway, this is really well done. I love that it's raining (that is rain, isn't it?) and I really like the character design. Great expression going on.
