Yes!! I cant seem to shade right... I do much better in mspaint, but I have no mouse... feel my fear? lol. The skin and hair is the hardest, any pointers? :*)Rurouni_Gemini83 on February 7, 2007, 11:06:26 AM
Well, normally, I put the lighter color on the paper first, and then the darker. After all the colors have been applied, I use a colorless blender (also sold by Sanford with the Prismacolor pencils) to blend the colors together. If you're drawing something from a guide pic, then the only suggestion I have there is to use the shading on it as a template for your own pic (also be sure to have a reliable color guide handy if you're working from a black and white picture to begin with)
