Took me a few days to complete especially because I was really lazy, and I'm sick... Bleh. The scanner only got the dark areas and left out the light areas, so it looks very black and white. Literally. I have never drawn a dragon before.. so uh.. yea.. Comment if ya like.

Sounds like you need to fid your scanner utility's exopsure settings. Specifically, dim the "Highlights" setting a little bit, and that will keep the light areas from washing out into solid colors.
