You did well on drawing movement into her hair. There's room for improvement. Proportions are quite off. But that's better than where I started three years ago.

Good:I think your proportions are well done. The expression is great. The hair is good. The dress and sparkles are beautiful.
Bad:The bow is the wrong shape. The feathers look like they were quilted on. The left hand is a bit misproportioned
