I think you should apply a little bit more pressure while drawing with the pencil, other than that its very good. ^^

You can't really see her that well. Maybe if you outlined her in pen you'd see her better. That's what I do to all my pics cuz meh scanner, paul, eat the picture..... -.- >_< WHY HAVE YOU BETRAYED ME PAUL?!!!!

Interesting as well. Might I suggest that she looks a little slanted, however?

Your eyes are very nice. When you have a little bit more experience, that's the area that's going to shine. Also, try inking and coloring her. I personally like the Sakura brand of inking pens and the Prismacolor markers and pencils, though I can't afford them as yet....;__;
