Geez, while doing this work i realized how hard it is to make the clouds... REALISTIC looking clouds. My clouds are looking like a jelly O.o
Ah well, in overall i'm glad how this pic turned out.

O.o...speechless. I really love it! The dragon does kind of look like some kind of cobra though...its still really awesome though.

Awesome lighting effects with the clouds and the shading on the neck, you really know wut ur doing. I think the design of the dragon is very unique with the birdlike quality making it beautifully executed.

A simple, yet well designed creature.
Clouds are rather difficult. Have you tried using a slight gaussian on the layers under the highlights?
