It's finally done! God, I love computer editing...oh, wait, there are people? ^^;; Yeah...feeling tipsy today, for reasons unknown to mankind. Anyway... *clears throat and bows frantically* I'm so sorry for taking such an extremely long time to do this, Katie!!! I'M SORRY!!! x_X 
 
But...now it's done, right? I get forgiven, right? Gaah... >_> 
 
So...aside from my blatant disregard of birthday deadlines, how is it? ^^ I love Photoshop Elements!! The chibi is Katie's (Hanyou_girl) chara: Raven! She has wacked-out, glowy kick-butt powers, hence my inspiration for this pic. Is it good?

^_^ I thank thee. I actually did a few really botched sketches before settling on the chibi concept for the final draft, which is why I took such a long time to do this. lol I am hopeless.
