Version 3.0. of Megumi from two pics ago. ^_^ He is mine (in several ways). Steal him and die. Oh, and if you're wondering where version 2.0. went... well, to the trash, that's where. :P
This has to be the first pic that I've scanned and finished without finishing. ^^0 Read: I didn't ink it, so that's why the lines are fuzzy and sometimes vague. I think it still looks really good. I like the sketchiness of it, and the way that the tone (done in Photoshop) completes the shapes where the lines don't show too well. I also think lil' Meg has a really weird fashion sense.
His pants look like tweed! I just overlapped two tone patterns to make shading for the pants, but ended up keeping it that way 'cause the texture is cool. (Tweed and a mandarin collar shirt? HE IS SO WEIRD. =D)
Have we established that I have an unhealthy hankering for long-haired guys? Yes we have. (Well, maybe you haven't, but I have. I've drawn many long-haired male characters in my day, and still am. Sign? I think so. XD)
I'm sorry, I'm stranger than usual today.
He IS gay, by the way. As if the tight shirt wasn't an indication...

I just noticed that I forgot to unshade parts of his right hand. >_>

First comment WOOT!!!! How cool, I LOVE the effects! Tweed is definitely cool. I have an odd love to draw all my guys with long hair as well. Then it absolutely ticks me off when one of my friends (who don't watch anime nor like it) says:"What a pretty GIRL!!!!"
Let's just say my urge to kill rises.

You've been giving me a lot of first comments! =D Anyway, yes, I know how you feel about your friend. X3 I get that a lot too (us and our characters are so misunderstood >_>). I was printing out this pic to put in my archives (so I can stare at it when I want! lol) and while it was sitting on the kitchen table drying, my mom passed by and commented: "Wow, that's nice. She's pretty muscular, huh?"
Like you said, rising urge to kill.
But I suppose that the fact that my nickname for him is "Meg" isn't helping me much. ^^0 Thanks for the nice comment!
